The General Rules

1.1. One Account Per Person: All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, payment account number (e.g., debit/credit card, Neteller), and electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is a no-go and will lead to all accounts being terminated and any winnings or active bonuses being confiscated. You must register personally and not let anyone else access your account, especially minors.

1.2. Who Can Claim Bonuses: All players can get stuck into our bonuses, unless a bonus has specific country restrictions and you happen to be a citizen of one of those countries.

1.5. No dodgy strategies: Using strategies just to meet the bonus wagering requirements is forbidden. If we have good reason to believe you’re using strategies purely to get a financial advantage from a bonus, we reserve the right to cancel all your winnings. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

• Delaying game rounds, including free spins and bonus features, until after your wagering requirements are gone.
• Leaving large bets on the table (e.g., in blackjack) and coming back to finish the game after your bonus wagering is complete.
• Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, losing the bonus, then cashing out the built-up value with a real money play.
• Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.

1.6. Deposit Bonus Basics: Unless we state otherwise, all deposit bonuses have a minimum deposit needed to claim them, a maximum bonus amount, wagering requirements, a max bet limit while wagering, and a time limit.

1.7. Max Bet with a Bonus: When you’re wagering a bonus, the maximum bet is A$7 (or 5 EUR/USD). This limit includes doubling bets after a game round and any bonus-buy features within a game.

1.8. Non-Sticky Bonuses: All our bonuses are “non-sticky.” This means your real money is used before your bonus funds. You can only request a withdrawal after you’ve met the wagering requirements. If you lose your bonus money, the bonus is simply lost, and you can continue playing with your real cash.

1.9. Bonus Expiry: If a bonus expires and the wagering requirements haven’t been met, all bonus money and winnings will be voided.

1.10. Bonus Auto-Cancellation: A bonus is automatically cancelled if your active balance (deposit + bonus) drops to A$0.05 or less.

1.11. Withdrawing Before Wagering: You can request a withdrawal of your deposit before meeting the bonus wagering requirements. If you do, the bonus amount and any winnings from it will be voided, and any remaining real funds will be paid out to you.

1.12. Cancelling a Bonus: You have the right to cancel any bonus before you start wagering it, without losing any of your own funds.

1.13. One Bonus at a Time: You can only have one active bonus at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be stacked.

1.14. Rejecting a Bonus: You always have the right to say “no thanks” to any bonus from the Casino.

1.15. No Delaying Game Rounds: Delaying any game round, like free spins or bonus features, until after you have no wagering requirements left is strictly prohibited.

1.16. Game Contributions to Wagering: Just a heads-up, not all games count fully towards wagering. Pokies contribute 100%, except for the games on this list:

1.17. Other Game Contributions: All roulette, card, and poker games contribute 5% of the bet towards wagering. Video poker, casual, craps, and lottery games do not contribute to wagering at all.

1.18. Withdrawal Checks: When you’re playing with bonus funds, all withdrawal requests go through a check before being processed. We reserve the right to ask for documents to confirm your identity and payment methods.

1.19. No Progressing Through Bonus Stages: Using bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages in a game (e.g., collecting 9 of 10 coins) and then completing the final stage with cash bets after the bonus is gone is prohibited. All winnings from this kind of play may be voided.

1.20. Right to Cancel: The Casino has the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings if they’ve been obtained dishonestly or by breaking these rules.

1.21. Right to Amend: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The English version of these terms always prevails.

1.22. Max Win from Bonus: The maximum possible win from a bonus is €10,000 or the equivalent in other currencies.
